№ 01 — Fine Line Atelier

Quiet lines,
lasting marks.

A private, appointment-only studio for single-needle work — script, small botanicals and micro pieces, each drawn for one person. One chair, one client a day, no walk-ins.

№ 02 — Philosophy

Three things we hold to.

i.

Less, but finer.

We would rather talk you out of a line than add one that will blur. Every design is drawn to age well at the size you will actually wear it.

ii.

One client at a time.

The room is booked for you alone — no waiting area, no music you did not choose, no one watching the clock for the next appointment.

iii.

Made to heal, not to pose.

Spacing, depth and placement are planned for how the piece will look in five years — then we check in at six weeks to see it settled.

№ 03 — Portfolio

Fresh, and six weeks on.

Fine line is judged after it heals, so we photograph both. No filters, no retouching — just daylight by the window.

№ 04 — Process

From first note to healed line.

01 · Week 0

Inquiry

A short note with your idea, placement and size. Every request is read and answered personally within three working days.

02 · Weeks 1–3

Design

Two or three directions drawn by hand, refined with you over email. The final stencil is printed at true size and tried on paper first.

03 · Your date

Session

A private, unhurried appointment. Most fine-line pieces take one to three hours, with breaks whenever you need them.

04 · Six weeks later

Healed check-in

Send a daylight photo or stop by. Any touch-up the line needs in the first three months is on the house.

№ 05 — Pricing

Priced by size, not by the minute.

You get a fixed quote before the session, so nobody watches the clock. Your deposit comes off the final price, which covers the custom drawing, healing film and the six-week check-in.

Nova Kerr

Fine line · Script · Micro botanicals

I spent four years in busy shops before opening the atelier in 2019. I wanted a room where a first tattoo could take as long as it needs, and where a single line gets the same attention as a full sleeve.

Most of my work is hand-lettered script, small botanicals and quiet symbols — drawn from scratch for you, never traced from a screenshot.

What to include

  • Your idea in a sentence or two — words, a plant, a symbol, a meaning.
  • Placement and a rough size, ideally with a photo of the area.
  • Up to five reference images, and what you like about each.
  • Days that suit you — the atelier works Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Whether this is your first tattoo. It changes how we plan the day.
