The Client List
Three principles, kept since 2010.
First — one guest per suite, one suite per guest. There is no waiting room and no pair of chairs side by side. Your suite is yours for the full ninety minutes, door shut, phone on the table, conversation at whatever volume you prefer.
Second — the same master, every time. Your chart stays with the senior who cut you the first visit. We do not reassign unless you ask for it. If Thomas is on holiday and you cannot wait a week, Marcus keeps the notes.
Third — discretion is the house standard. No signage in the lobby, no mention of who sat in our chairs. If someone in a suite three doors down was on last night's news, you will hear about it in the news, not from us.
