By using the LocalStarter Themes website or purchasing any of our products you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Your Account

A valid email and password are required to purchase and download themes. Your account gives you access to downloads, updates, and license keys. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

2. Digital Products

Every theme is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use on your own projects. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of theme files is not permitted.

3. Open-Source Licensing

All themes are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You may install a purchased theme on as many of your own websites as you like. The GPL ensures that WordPress themes remain open and community-driven.

4. Refunds

We stand behind our products. If a theme does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for the complete process. Your license key will be deactivated once a refund is issued.

5. Disclaimer

Products are provided on an “as is” basis. While we do our best to ensure quality and compatibility, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on every hosting environment. LocalStarter Themes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may adjust these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continuing to use our site after an update means you accept the new terms.
